How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum. Our shipping policy gives 6 to 12 business days in total: 2 to 3 days to process your order, then 4 to 9 days in transit. We only ship within the UK.

How do returns work?

Ask within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@rovanoir.com with your order number, and wait for approval before you post anything. Items must be unworn, with tags on and in the original packaging. Return postage is yours (usually £15 to £25), unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. Refunds go out within 7 days of your return arriving.

Can I swap for another size?

We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item once it's approved, then place a new order in the size you need.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. After that it may already be on its way.
